We headed to Krabi after Bangkok, we had to get another overnight bus which took about 12 hours. We headed staright to Krabi beaches and spent three days there. We got a deluxe coach up to Bangkok when we left Koh Phayam, it was great our driver was dressed like a pilot!! We had loads of leg room, the seats declined right back and we got snacks and drinks provided (although there snacks were shrimp flavoured peanuts and a green cake!) the cake was actually really nice, it was like a swiss roll yum yum. After our energetic visit to the rain forest, we felt we needed some relaxation and headed to an Island called Koh Phayam on the west coast. We got a coach from Khao Sok national park to a town called Ranong on the mainland were we spent the night before catching ferry the next morning to the island. So after our 'interesting' New Year, we decided to head back to Thailand, we booked a minibus to take us to Krabi where we were stopping for the night before heading to Khao Sok Natinal park(the rain forest). After our horrible coach journey into Malaysia with the company of the dreaded cockroaches we really didnt think any of our journeys could get any worse...but we were wrong!
