Today is our last day on koh samui so we went on another trip to catch all the last must see tourist bits. We booked this last night for 400thb each and is a 4 hour tour of the island. Our first stop was at a view point which have a nice view of chewang bay, we took a few snaps and off we went to Hinta and Hinya (Grandmother and grandfather rock) so named as the are the shape of male and female genitals ha! After a few funny photos we sat in the shade as the heat was increasing quickly. After this we made our way to a 'monkey show' none of us were too into the thought of this but it turned out to be a demonstration of how the local people used trained monkeys to retrieve coconuts high in the trees, not monkeys riding bikes which made us all a bit happier! This was followed by the mummified monk which is displayed in a wat in the middle of know where, but is interesting to see, if not slightly strange. Then was the waterfall, we all got a 4x4 up to the main section as had enough walking from yesterday. Had a little paddle at the bottom and me and Hana walked to the upper section which was Really nice, lots of photos and a little dip and we made our way back to the bus. Finally we went and saw two statues, the big buddy and the woman monk - as they say in the names one is a large budda and the other a woman monk. Both impressive in sheer size and nice to have a small walk around the bottom. Another bus ride home and another day was done. We picked up our bags from embassy hostel, had a beer an went back to Jinta city hotel for another 7Eleven dinner and a few games of 7's.... Tomorrow we leave for Koh Phi Phi so an early night is well needed!
