Today we caught the eary bus to Mui Ne, on the way to the ticket office we stopped off In our bakery for some breakfast and a sneaky sandwich for lunch! We have now traveled in our fourth variety of sleeping bus, this type was single seats that recline back and you have 3 sets across the width of the bus. They were actually quite comfy, however if your any taller than me you wouldn't fit - they were a perfect size for Hana to just fit! The bus journey was same ...

Today is our last day in Ho Chi Minh so we had a snooze in the morning, until we decided to drag ourselves to our bakery down the street (the tvs here has program's we can actually understand!). Today we have booked a tour to the Cu Chi tunnels - these were a network of tunnels created in the Cu Chi region, north of the city. They were used to connected villages as well as to be lived in during the day time when enemy soldiers would search the area. There was over 200km of tunnels with 5000 entrances and exits, they had made underground bunkers connected to the tunnels and trench system creating an underground village, with weapon workshops, kitchens, ...

Today we woke up and had a little wander around the area - the city is manic, busiest we have been in to date! The most interesting thing is crossing roads. Here you don't wait for a space in the traffic, as there is never one. Instead you play human frogger - crossing through the traffic as it avoids you! Definitely something that takes some getting used to - on our walk we made our way to the war remnants museum. As it didn't open until 1:30 we took a walk ...
