Next stop was Noosa just north of Brisbane. It was a really cute surferes place but pretty bizarre because amongst all the young surfers (actually and old..saw quite of few people with grey hair doing it!) there were all these 'Ra' latte drinking types mixed in with them. Our YHA where we stayed was gorgeous. It was right in the centre and our the balcony outside our room literally was right in the middle of the rainforest. It was stunning. Because the weather wasn't great here, we spent it playing table tennis at our hostel with the guys we met in surfers and another guy we met and doing a 11km walk into the national park. The national park was stunning and had gorgeous views across the ocean. We had a bit of a swim here. The waves were crazy though and it so wicked trying to stand up against them and then just being bowled over...loved it! It didn't really matter that the weather was a but rubbish because we had fun anyway. Ill make this entry short and sweet (or should I say 'sweat' as its soo humid the further north you get...my hair is gonna end up like monicas off 'Friends'!) as that's what our time in noosa really was.
