i am doing the oz experience bus down the coast and they have compulsory stops along the way for overnights...that is how i landed at the cattle station known as kroombit...i was excited to arrive to have a "bush tukka" meal and do farm life for a night...a night is about all this princess can handle! we arrived and stayed in a converted barn to a hostel...had our meal around a huge picnic table with a couple of other buses....then the activities began...a mrs kroombit pageant which consisted of fancy dress handed down over the years...learned to crack a whip altho i never caught on...rode a mechanical bull which i lasted for a whole 6 seconds! woohoo! the next morning we were awaken by a shotgun in the air...had breakfast and was off to a goat rodeo...tried lassoing and i was horrible...also tried trap shooting...got 0 out of 5 targets....oops! our team was dead last in the goat muster/rodeo but it was a good laugh in the end...fell in love with a kitten named jumbo there, cant wait to get home to waldo now!
