We wandered around Old Town in the morning and then caught the local Hop on Hop Off Bus for a tour of the city. Lots of beautiful large buildings built in the 19th century, with a lot of French and Greek influence. Our food tour guide had pointed out that the Romanian people wanted their own style, and once you know what to look for, it's pretty evident in most of the buildings.
After the bus, we explored a large mall--5 stories, almost no shoppers. Makes me wonder how they stay in business! We found a restaurant and had lunch. Rich went for a massage, I had a pedicure--that was about it for our day.
