We had a lazy morning and then decided to visit one of the largest parks in the city. One of the main attractions is an outdoor museum that features over 200 structures that were originally used as homes, barns, etc. by peasants in Romania. Most were donated by families and brought to the museum and reconstructed. They are set amongst all the trees with walkways, it was truly something to see!
We ate lunch at an authentic Romanian style restaurant in the park. I had cabbage rolls with polenta and Rich had mici (the sausages we had on our food tour). Both were delicious.
We decided to rent bikes to ride around the park, and rode for a solid hour through the park grounds and along a lake that is in the middle of the park.
Once back home, we showered and then went for a massage--only $20 for an hour! Gotta say I'm loving Romania!
Dinner was at Zet, across a park--they say they're open 24 hours! Why is what I want to know!!
