We arrived into Cozumel and docked right next to the terminal, which was very convenient. After a brisk walk around deck 7, we got ready for our excursion. We had booked a trip on a catamaran which was huge, held about 128 passengers. They had a photographer onboard who really resembled Johnny Depp's Pirates of the Caribbean character, (see photo) and he played up the part, too! We have been very lucky with smooth water and beautiful weather so far...but this is our first day at sea, so who knows what to expect? The further south we go, the nicer it's getting...we left the drizzle and cold behind yesterday. Pam and I did several laps around the ship on deck 7 and then had a feast at breakfast. They have smoked salmon and all the fixings, so I am indulging in that. Yum! We did various activities on board including playing bingo...the guy...
