There was thunder and lightening last night. REALLY loud. We were just going to sleep when a particularly loud clap of thunder rang out right above the RV. Thwaap! There was no thought. My hand shot out and grabbed Bill's arm in a vice grip. "Ow," he says. Claims his arm still hurts. I forgot how loud storms can be in the midwest.

Pouring rain this morning. We had planned on walking to the Arch, but drove by and took a picture instead. We had to hang out in the area for the day until the RV place opens Monday morning, so we went to the Holiday Inn. There’s an indoor pool and gaming area here. Older, but very clean and nice. Hung out at the pool, watched a movie. It was all good.
