Left Sydney on the 10th joining the commuters in a less than direct exit of the city, but eventually made it onto the Pacific Highway. Stopped off at Cessnock for coffee and picked up a few things for picnic lunch. Slurped a few wines at Rosemount, Lindemans (picked up a couple of Bin 50 Shiraz) and McGuigan Cellars (case of clearskins Shiraz) where we had picnic lunch. Drove down a no through road to the Wyndham Estate but it was closed for tastings!

Overnighted at Tea Garden, near Hawkes Nest, great apartment overlooking the estuary and got off the following morning, well set up by breakfast at the Boatshed overlooking the water.
