OK,

SO the last blog ended pretty badly, but it wasn't all bad, I had the best time last night!

After waking up in a beautiful bed and being able to dress vertically we had a quick brekky and headed out to the streets of Barcelona for a day in the Sun and CIty!

We started with some serious shopping that didn't end well because no one could decide on what they wanted to buy, instead it became our mission to find the police to File a Report of a stolen Iphone - YAY travel insurance!

ANyway, we walked and walk for not kidding an hour around the same square trying to find this place, and if my french was bad, my spanish was worse, all I could say was Ola - hello. not much help!

Eventually many people gave up and went to maccas for a hangover cure and only Franny and I remained! We were so tired and angry that it had to be lunch so ate at a mediocre cafe before setting off again, evetually finding it, UNDERGROUND. we had been standing on top of it for the last hour!

We filled out the form and waited for another hour - but I felt less bad as there was about 20 other people reporting robbed items such as 3000 cameras and passports, if anything, I got off well!

After all of this it was mid afternoon and time to find franno some swimmers, which was quite a task as the mall we went into was 9 STORIES HIGH!!!!

we found some in the end and spent the rest of the afternoon wondering the streets looking and all the odd people and places. its actually a really cool city if your into watching weird people going around. We also came accross a scam artist who was trying to rip off tourists with a @magic trick@ including three cups and a ball. it was so obvious he had people in the crowd working for him! Just as he was about to get someone to hand over money the coppers came along and within one second he had gone, into the crowd no where to be seen. it was like magic,

ANyway after a little late siesta, we went out with most of the top deck crew for traditional spanish TAPAS. The were great and I was stuffed by the end, just the way to end a day in spain, full, clean and ready to head back to the french Riviera tomorrow!
