So we had to move out of our hotel this morning and to another one which was upsetting because we loved our place but ohwell!
The morning was spent trying to find our new place which was in the middle of the museum quarter which was actually very good! We eventually found it and got everything sorted!
After this we went to the famous museum called the 'Rick's Museum' which was very cool but rather small! The best bit was that I was still technically a "child" their the museums eyes ( 18 and under were allowed in for free!)
We walked around this district and visited the famous " amsterdam" sign where everyone gets a photo. We then saw the beer factory and walked around another brilliant market full of shoes and even better chocolate! In the shape of rude things and towers, countries anything you could think of really! It was great!
It rained AGAIN while we were there, but that was ok because I just got a great poncho out! It was fantastic, but Tim Would not walk next to me!
We went back and out to dinner at the Hard Rock Cafe because Tim had not been to one. It was really pouring by now and it was a bad idea because we had to wait for about and hour and a half to get fed! it was delish so it didn't matter!
After all this we went to the the Holland Casino! It was great! Tim had never played anything and went to win 45 euros on Black Jack! Talk about beginners luck!
We walked out happy, damp and tired but had a super time!
The next morning was a bit sad because we had to leave, but just before we did we visited a beautiful park that is the only park in the world where it is legal to " do the dirty" if you know what I mean. It was beautiful, trees glistened with rain from the night before, people where running everywhere and there were so many dogs!
We found a brilliant playground that was basically a series of rope bridges that went for metres through the tree tops! It actually went for about 2 kms! It was so great, and free!
We sadly, went to the hotel and after a long walk in the rain, and a couple of trains, we caught the plane back to Kingsdene!
