Up early for the 1hr ferry hop to the next (last?) island, Milos - where the Venus Di Milo came from originally! Our hostess had to call every taxi company in the book - 40mins later a car was booked. Made the port in plenty of time, had breakfast next to the sea watching all the boats and various coming's and going's.

Arrival in Milos was a busy time but we were rescued by a cute little 74 yr old lady with a room to rent - she spoke a little English and was very sweet. The room was small but clean and had a/c, in a converted traditional style Greek home with wooden floors and antique furniture.

After dumping the rucksacks it was off to the nearest beach for some lunch and then a swim. In the evening had some more traditional Greek food and then went home to bed, very tired.
