Thursday Say goodbye and thank you to our little old lady, have a hot dog in donut batter for brekkie waiting for the speedboat and the 4hr cruise back to the Greek capital. 4hrs later, get a taxi to the 4 star hotel - ah, sweet air-conditioning - spend the evening supping a cool beer at the rooftop pool-bar, can't stop looking at the Parthenon all lit-up - even better view from this hotel compared to the last time in Athens!

So, got to Athens and, so bloody stereotypical, got ripped off by a cabby as I forgot to get him on the meter...45 euros for a ride from the airport. Then the cool stuff started - Meeting my bestest girl in reception then up to the rooftop bar and pool area for a swim and a beer looking out over the rooftops, the Parthenon lit up on the horizon for all to see. The next day, it was on the opentop bus in the 34 degree heat, to see the Parthenon up close ... As wel...
