Hi everyone, well we have arrived in Cape Town and managed to book a fantastic apartment just outside the town called Century City which has a new Island Club. We have uploaded the photos of the apartment as it's all very noval having our own place and a kitchen where we can cook without waiting for 20 other people to finish with the pots and pans.

We have our own heated pool and a gym (obviously we will use at least three times a day whilst staying here!). It's a fantastic apartment with a great balcony and are just a 2 minute walk to the biggest shopping centre in South Africa...... We have checked out the 440 shops and I have finally had a hair cut!! Jo did try cutting my hair with a letherman but we quickly worked out that was NOT going to work.

We have booked a trip around Cape Town to find out a bit of culture/history and all that jazz (felt we should find out something) we are also heading to a diamond factory and up Table Mountain.... We feel like tourists for the first time since arriving in South Africa.

Anyway we are happy here in Cape Town but excited about heading to Australia in a few days.....
