Today we got up pretty early again, it was minus 1 degrees in Erldunda. We hit the road and made our way to Alice Springs which was a fairly big town. We did some grocery shopping and went to Kmart so I could buy a thermos and Cam could buy a pillow as he had forgotten to pack his. We cruised onto Barrow Creek where we stopped to make some lunch, then onto The Devils Marbles which are a group of huge granite rock formations held sacred to the Aboriginal people. Next stop was Tennant Creek where we checked into our very dodgy backpacker accommodation. We enjoyed sitting in the afternoon sun listening to music before cooking some tacos for dinner and turning in for the night.
