Today we got up and walked down the street to the local general store/cafe where we had fairly good coffee and the four of us shared an awesome big breakfast with scrambled eggs, mushrooms, tomatoes and lots of other goodies. We strolled back to the house to chill out for a bit before jumping in the car to explore more of the regions beaches and towns. The weather is not meant to be great today so it will be a fairly low key day at the house, which should give Mabel and Fred a good break from all the time in the car, although they have both been fantastic travellers so far. We drove around to Hyams Beach which was stunning and onto Huskisson to wander the shops and stopped in at the pub for some fish and chips for lunch. We spent the afternoon lazing around the house and strolling along the reserve in the back yard. After putting Mabel to sleep we cooked up some gnocchi for dinner and had a really early night.
