The rain stayed away today but the morning was really windy. I caught up on a couple of Breaking Bad episodes (I fell asleep watching last night). We drove out of Wooramel Station to check out another camping place nearby in the beach (the dirt road in was closed as the road was all cut up after the rain of the last couple of days) and then we drove to a nearby lookout that had a very random mound of garden gnomes stacked on the hilltop. Well, the rain fell steadily all night and we woke up today to a grey day along the dry Wooramel River. Today was a day for relaxing outside under the awning, starting with a late hearty breakfast of bacon and eggs and toast all cooked on the weber. We left our sand dune beach location this morning, stopping at the blow holes, but there was no swell and no 'blow'. So lucky we got to see them blowing yesterday afternoon.
