Huge day out exploring today starting with a take away coffee in the nearby drive through Yahava Coffee shop, and then a drive to Augusta to visit Cape Leeuwin Lighthouse. We got up early (for us) and were going to leave early and have breakfast along the way but decided last minute after we had packed up, to make eggs in the camp kitchen before we left. We decided last night that given today was going to be very windy and rainy that we would stay another night here, rather than pack up and drive with the caravan in such bad weather. So much to see today but we started with a visit to one of three fire tower look out trees that you can climb. Gadi chose to climb the Dave Evans Bicentennial Tree, the tallest of the climbing trees, at 75 metres high. Before packing up to leave our campsite at Torbay Inlet today, Gadi went out in the kayak in this beautiful little spot, heading downstream to where the inlet comes out at the beach. At midday we headed off further west to stay at a private farm a few kilometers out of Northcliffe called Sid's Campground.
