Today was another busy day filled with lots of sightseeing. First thing we packed up as we had to leave the racecourse where we were staying due to a function on the premises over the weekend. What a huge day of sightseeing we had today here in Broken Hill! We started off by checking out the nearby disused Junction Mine and Lookout, with its head frame still intact and interpretive panels to read about its history, and of the surrounding North Broken Hills works. We changed states again today, this time from South Australia into New South Wales. No quarantine station or check point, which is good as we had quite a bit of fruit and veg with us.
