Decided to do something productive for a change, so I participated in a one-day-silversmith-workshop with this neat old fellow, actually managing (with a lot of his help) to produce one pendant and one ring. SO proud I am!

And we are off with hours and hours of parade for Loi Krathong, all towards the river where people will be sending small banana-leaf-floats with candles and flowers downstream to take away all bad things. We have also bought four big paper lanterns which we will ignite and send up into the sky, together with thousands of other people.
