I had an room booked in a different hostel from Neil which was a good thing. There was no way I was continue my travelling with him. So the tricycle dropped me at OMG backpacker at 10am and I ended up getting a very cheap single room that was ready soon. It was great to have a shower, to take my laundry (it was more than about time ! ) and to have a 1h30 nap before 2pm.I joined Neil for lunch at Divers' Dream and that was the last time I saw him !!! :) :) :) I wasn't sure how long I was gonna stay in Puerto Princesa. I had one night booked but because I had to extend my visa and pick up my laundry late the next day I took a second night.
The visa extension only took 30 minutes. It's only a question of money and photocopies so I had plenty of time to go and visit Puerto Princesa. To be honest there's nothing much to see there. It's only a small place with a big bulue cathedral and a bay.So I really was looking forward to moving on.
A the hostel I met a (really nice) french guy, Thibault and a Belgian girl, Mylen, who ad been to El Nido and/or Port Barton I decided I'd go to Port Barton for a few days as it seemed lik a very chilled place and would go to El Nido later for it's not a beautiful place apparently, besides the Bacuit archipelago.
