Well, we made it in time! And no we didn't get to choose which van we got to drive! It was down to the wire at times and we drove over 850km on our penultimate day. We're ready for our road trip! We will set off tomorrow in our campervan for 10 days where we finish in Adelaide. It's around 3000km.
