It had been little over a year since we all have returned home. In that period, I have completed my second year at the uni and went to America for a month long road trip. However, more significantly for me, I completed a fundraising 10km run and joined the board of United Kingdom Deaf Student Union- a new organisation aimed at deaf students. We checked in Britz headquarters first thing in the morning, a worker checked out our motorhome and we showed her all of the damage which earned us a compensation from then which was a consolation of some sort.
