Well, tomorrow is my last day here at Klipkop. I take off early sunday morning to meet up with the Baz Bus (check it out at www.bazbus.com). I'm in the Drakensburg Mountains for 4 days. Yesterday Claire, a lady that has come to stay at Klipkop for a few weeks/months, and I went to the Lion Park, about an hour and a half from here. It was wonderful! I fed a giraff, which was a barrel of laughs. They have very long tongues. The park also had white lions, which are beautiful. I'll be uploading pics over the next week or so from the park. I have some really cool videos from it as well but I'll probably wait until I'm home to upload them ...

So this past weekend was a long weekend for me, I had friday and monday off. On saturday morning I got up at 4am to get into Petoria to catch a bus to Hazyview, about 6 hours away. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A KLIPKOP VOLUNTEER Here's an idea of what it's like to volunteer here at Klipkop Conservancy. We are suppose to be ready for 8:30 am mon-fri.
