Lima is a crazy city. I am staying in Miraflores, the nicer modern area of Lima. So far, it has been safe and interesting. Tomorrow I will be taking a bus from Lima to Cusco. It will be about 20 hours long! I am not looking forward to it. It is tourist season here so it is taking a lot longer than planned to buy available tickets to certain areas. Hey everyone! I just arrived in Antigua Guatemala. Guatemala City wasn't much of a place I would like to be for a long time. There is a lot of poverty & it looks like a mob town. The city buses are called chicken buses, probably because they are packed until arms and legs are sticking out. Antigua is nice tho. It has a enormous volcano very close by.
