95- Headed down the spectacular West Coast Road which stretches along the Tasman shoreline, the scenery seems to change dramatically, 1 minute a lake, next some mountains, then a forest. Stopped off where we saw the Punakaiki Pancake Rocks & Blowholes and another seal coloney. We then headed to greymouth where we picked up our fancy dress costumes for tonights party at the poo bar. The theme "what you wanted to be when you were younger" I went for The fresh Prince of bel air whilst D opted for a ballerina. Off to lake Bar Po and it was time to meet Les, an 82 year old pub landlord, who would also be cooking up steak and venison for us later on. Into the dorms and time to get to work on the costumes we had brought. Sharing a room with the 2 sarahs again we grabbed a few quick drinks as it was happy hour before we went out in fancy dress!! After a good filling dinner we all got changed and headed into the infamous poo bar....RANDOM!! Old hats and pics hanging from the wall and we had to pay for music!! After a slow start I decided to get a game going with everyone....Killer shot pool it was and the party was started.... A good drinking session with many a random outfits and some awful dance moves on show. A good night had by all and no doubt some saw heads in the morning!!
