Spent the morning sandboarding on part of the 35km dunes which start nearby and run all the way most of the way down (40km +) to Newcastle. Disappointing compared to the crazy stunts we pulled in Fowlers Bay on our Nullabor trip. Looked for some local fish in Anna Bay. However the fish was from: Thailand, Phillipines, South Africa, Argentina, India and Taiwan. No Australian fish. We leave fishless in protest at the fish miles that have been accumulated in air freighting the fish here.

In the afternoon we head to the non-nudist beach and lark around. We catch some ripper waves! Back at the YHA, Bill seems disappointed not to have run into us today - doesn't understand why we didn't go looking for them on the nudist beach so that we could get a lift back with them afterwards.

Yet more US crime drama on the TV as we pack that night; weigh the bags and it looks like we may be OK (but very close to our weight limits).
