Put another snag on the barbie mate!
So i am nearly at the end of my stay in Western Australia! and let me say, its not been long enough! I have had a day in Perth where I toured round by hoping on and off the CAT buses which are free!!yay! my fav thing! I went to the Western Australian Art museum and saw some cool aboriginal paintings, then I spent a fair bit of time in the beautiful Kings Park which overlooks the city and Swan River which is fab! I love how much water is around this city it makes it feel so much fresher! Also its quite small so it doesnt feel too crowed and polluted! Kings Park has a little tree top walkway so I did that and then chilled out for a bit, then I went down to the harbour n saw more water! hehe! and the Swan River Bells Tower. It was then that I decided to buy something to eat and realised I had lost my wallet!!!! rah! what a dim dingo! hehe! Anyway soon found that in the toilets! (dont know how I survied london!) And then I went round some shopping places etc was really nice there but my fav place so far has been.......
Rotnest Island! This is honestly the most beautiful place I have ever been to, its 30mins ferry ride from Fremantle (where Im staying) and you cant take cares, so i hired a bike and rode round the Island stopping and little bays, beaches and coves along the way! No one was there! I mean obviously they were and its not a big island but a lot of beaches and paths were empty and it felt like I was on the Island alone! It was amazing! But my camera wasnt working that day!!!!! So I cant justify it! but u will have to go yourself its soooooo beautiful!
The next day was the Pinnacles and Sand Dunes trip! For me the highlight was the off roading 4WD and Sand Boarding but the Pinnacles were pretty breathtaking too, u jus dont need much time cos they all lokk kinda similar, was cool when our guide showed us ones that looked like things, although I thought the one that everone else thought was an elephant looked more like the scream mask! he he!
The past couple of days I have been staying in Bunbury with Lee's mum and dad! they live in a beautiful house next to an estry and we went out in the boat and saw loadsa dolphind! It was so cool they were pretty close to the hose and they came right next to the boat! loads of them and babys too! They are so gorgeous and were very playful! Had a fab day!
My stay here has been amazing! Lee, Al, Georgia and Austin have been fab and its been so lovely to spend time with them all and their familes! :) Everyone here is so friendly and I met a couple of ductch people on the Sand Boarding trip and a german guy how thought I was nuts cos I kept smiling and getting very excitable when we were off roading and also cos i kept dancing around to try and get rid of the flys! oer! ah well!
The weather is warming up! most days are really blue skys but everyone says it should be hotter! fingers crossed! yay! having a ball its brill! he he! much love to all! xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
