I was booked on a bus to go back to London today but changed day to wednesday as a like it too much here. Jean & Joe were more happy to keep me here for as long as i liked. I either needed to wash or buy new clothes so of course choose the option of shopping. They took me op shopping in the main street of town and would you believe they had 7 op shops, more then any other type of shop. The town was just the right size and you could always get a park and not queue for anything. (no Primark there though). Later we headed for Bamburgh to see another amazing castle built into cliff face and we visited Seahouses a little sea side town.

I cooked dinner tonight and Jo-Anne (Jeans Daughter) and the kids came over and we went through more of the family tree.

FUNNY MOMENT. I was folding the washing from the line and they had socks to fold so naturally put them together and folded them inside out to make a ball. 2 pairs weren't dry yet so just let Jean know i will leave them on the line. She said 'oh that's ok because i will iron them anyway' My eyes nearly popped out of my head, i said 'you what to your socks' Jean said ' Iron them' then i held up a rolled pair and said 'So folding them like this was a waste of time' in a joking voice. Now Jeans eyes nearly popped out of her head. She said ' NO NO NO don't even folded them like that, Jo-anne help me save my socks' I couldn't help but laugh and laugh, thankfully Jean laughed as well. I have never know anyone to take that much care of socks to iron them.
