Down to the last few days in prison... I mean at the meditation retreat. Have learned a lot but honestly am so tired, I'm really looking forward to getting out! Its so hot now here it's impossible to get a good night's sleep. I'm looking forward also to seeing what has changed in me when I get back to real life. I know the processes we're doing here may take more time to manifest but I know I've made SOME progress at least!! :)
Getting my regular monkey fix too as there is a large troop that live in the forest here and visit us often! Lots of mamas and babies... so cute! I'm resisting the urge to play with the babies as the mamas and all the big males have large teeth! There are also 3 adorable black puppies on property that have entertained me daily!
