We went to a cave that was a pretty high and steep to get in to but was worth it. In front of the cave was a creek that was such a beautiful turquoise colour - I hope the photos do it justice when we get them up loaded. We spent a few hours catching the rays and swimming in the water. After lunch we hired bikes and Pok kindly gave us a tour!! So much fun x

Today we started our 2 day boat trip down the Mekong river, eventually getting us back into Thailand. Throughout our tour we have been very lucky that our tour leader Pok has been sharing his knowledge on almost everything, and this morning was another chance to experience part of the culture and traditions that I think we both were hoping for before we started our travels. Ang and Sarah got up early for a hot air balloon for sunrise today which she said was amazing. Long travel to Luang Prabang. I'm full of cold, probably not helped by spending so long on the cold river a few days ago, so opt for a chill and an early night, but Ang did another tour on bikes with the group.
