Well I'm back from Berri and had a really good time. I ended up working a few weeks as an apple picker and it was quite good. It was with 2 French guys and a German. My only problem was when I was asked to drive the tractor while the farmer was away and I caused 700 dollars damage to it!! I was moving it forward and forgot to close the door and it got caught on a branch and the window shattered!! If you look at the photo you can see there is no window any more. The farmer's name was Jonny Walker which I found funny. I also worked at the Monster trucks Show and had the easiest job in the world - I put sugar on donuts for 5 hours and then got to see the show. Quite impressive - it had the monster trucks, then bike jumps and fire vans, (which are vans with jet engines) and they melt cars! Also played the locals in a pool comp and I organised a pool party at the hostel although there were no takers for the bikini contest!

Back in Adelaide now but heading off to Melbourne next week and then might buy a car and drive up the east coast. I'll see what happens!
