Well, we are in Santiago, and from first impressions, it appears to be a very nice place! We got the bus froom Vina del Mar this morning, then we were brave and rather than get an expensive taxi, we got the underground into the city centre (its like being in New York or London!) - didn`t really have to be that brave, it's very safe here.

Anyway , we are staying at a well swanky hotel called hotel vegas in the beautiful paris londres area - the architechture is much like old Paris - we are staying on a leafy, quiet street just off the main road, and heave great views once again! (perks of coming off peak!) They appear to be filming something at one end of the street, and even tho its roped off, we have a birds eye view from our big bay window! so we are keeping an eye out for any film stars!

Have to report yet another hilarious Andrew moment - insistant on having a carton of bloody Strawberry Milkshake for his bus journey, Mr Green firstly managed to empty half its contents over his lap, leading to some suspicious looking stains, then in an attempt to free the seatbelt from inbetween the seats, he then placed said carton betwen his teeth and proceeded to bight down, thus emptying the rest of the cartons contents over his head, in his ear and in his hair! Words don't even begin to explain the hilarity, but Sophie wet her knickers with laughter!

Off to explore now, will report back soon! (our hotel also has free internet - love it!)
