Millars In Europe
Lunch at Bonnieux was a 'sandwich' which consisted of half a french bread loaf with slabs of butter cut like it was cheese and thick half cured ham slices which were very chewy and took some getting through.
We had missed lunch, walking leisurely we had lost track of time and everything was closed but the owner put together the sandwiches. The jambon (ham) is now in our soup for dinner.
