This morning we had a short trek to the 'Three Pools'. We followed Barbera, a friend od Horace, otherwise we would never have found it! She led us into the woods, through the river every now and again, then as we reached the first pool, a rock climb began!!! No one mentioned that! Managed half of it, then we just waded up through the pools. There's a rock water-slide from the second to the first pool that Andy and Rich were brave enough to try, and a natural jacuzzi at the exit of the second to the third. Non of us were strong enough to hold ourselved there for long enough to enjoy it! Such a secluded spot, when we eventually made it there, It was beautiful. Horace cooked us a meal in the evening to make up for yesterday's let down. It was Kingfish again, and the best meal yet! Then headed back to Mount Hope passing all the beach parties for the Bank holiday!
