Went to Sydney Zoo yesterday, not sure whether I like zoos or not.? The seal show was great, they always look entusiastic about what they are doing and seem to be enjoying themselves. Been at Eva's Backpacking hostel for 3 days now - excellent cant fault it, people are friendly, there is a fantastic roof garden so there is somewhere to sit in the evenings, the kitchen is big, bright and comfortable, rather than the dingy basment of the last place I stayed at.  Sleeping is still a problem, but nothing to do with the hostel other than sharing a room with 5 others.  But the atmosphere is good.Over the last couple of days, been up th...

Was going to go to the city again today, but at the station saw a poster advert for the Sydney Easter Show, train ticket and entry fee combinded, seened like a good idea do went for it. Been getting out and about in Sydney, train stuff much better now, training from a very young age on the London Underground helps. Been to Hyde Park Barracks yesterday (which was built by the convicts around 1820) and spent about 3 hours in there, this overlaped with the story of Port Arthur and I learnt more there than I did when I visited it, although that was probably because I didn't have enough time there to see everything that I wanted to.
