The over night bus messed us up completely!! Had an aweful nigh on it - no sleep, cold, wet cause the bloody thing was leaking n it dragged n dragged!! Stopped for a toilet break n got eaten alive by mozzis whilst pants were dropped but part from that not much to say on the subject…………..!

Spent all day Friday asleep at the hostel because it messed us up that bad! Woke for dinner tho, n our hostel lady actually went out for us twice - ha once to get our food, n the other to get us some sprites!! It was all on the hostel menu but she still ventured out on her lil moped lol!! We were the only ones in the hostel so just figured that she had no stock for us!! Lol - it made us chuckle anyhow!

Once we were able to stay awake again - Saturday we ventured into Chiang Mai town and walked around the moat n saw few lil temples n stuff. They have what seems an all day market too, got ourselves a new braclet n anklet each - proper travellers now ya see! Plus a new towel each to dry our hair lol! But best of all - we booked ourselves on a full day elephant safari for the following day!! Oh yes we were soo chuffed with ourselves!! Headed to the pub to watch man u vs. Liverpool for a pint!!
