We are up early in order to have breakfast and be on our way. We tell the guy about the possible bed bugs in my bed. It's pretty awful. All up my neck and back. Even some bites on my face. They are so itchy. I discover more on my legs later in the day.
We needn't have hurried. The bus is late, so all our pre waiting was in vain! We discover there are a lot of tunnels in Switzerland. Long ones too. I guess going through mountains rather than over or around. It's so pretty. Little homes right up the hill sides.
We arrive in Milan about 12 pm and we take the subway in. We are a bit early, but they let us check in and give a few recommendations. We take a nap and then research what to do. I book tickets to get into the last supper painting. I just miss the last cheap ticket while creating an account to purchase it. A bit gutting.
We go for a walk and get pizza for dinner. Just tomato and cheese. Only option. It's super thick. They we walk down to the cathedral and through the fashion district. I'm hoping for no more bites tonight!
