We get up and check in. Then straight through us customs. Cuts down time at the other end. All up takes about an hour and we board directly when we reach the gate. It's a small plane with firm seats. I try and continue my fitful rest for the rest of the flight. At Chicago airport we sit and try and decide what to do. To hire a car and tent or bus and hotel. We eventually decide on train and motel and head on our way. A relaxing afternoon and Malcolm buys some groceries for dinner! Hadn't eaten in nearly 24 hours. So good to lie down somewhere soft.
