It's pretty cold and when mal gets up to sit in the car I get his blanket too. It's only about 5 degrees. It's about 8.30 when I get up and it's just as cold. After breakfast we head off and stop at a few look outs along the way. I fall asleep in so exhausted, but wake hot in the sun. Malcolm is gone- on a walk I assume. I can't stay awake and fall back to sleep. We stop at a glacier and walk up to its bottom. It's windy and there are warning signs about leaving the path in fear of crevasses. We start looking for a place to have lunch. The signage over here is pretty poor. But we find a nice place beside the river. We drive to jasper then head back to a camp ground and have a snooze and set up. There are elk wandering around eating. We head back to jasper for wifi at the info centre and wander around town. The showers are all located together at the campground of over 200 sites so we stop there on the way back to the campground. We have a light dinner if sandwiches and enjoy a warmer night.
