Hi everyone, or as I should say - Hola from Argentina!

Just a quick note to let you know that wee arrived safe and sound! :)

Had a few ticket issues when we were checking in this arvo - our tickets were'nt even listed on the flight! But luckily that was sorted out quickly and we managed to get seated together at the back of the plane ready for a 13hour (or so) flight... wooo....

We were smack bang seated in the middle of the Black Sticks (NZ hockey team??) group who are playing in Argentina, so that was a bit of a boys club and far too much testosterone around for what I was hoping to be a relaxing flight! I have to say that the airline definately lives up to it's expectations of being s***t! There was one screen at the front of the plane with s***t quality and s***t choice of movie (heś just that not into you... I mean, seriously!?). And they stuffed up my lactose free special meal that I had requested - my dinner was: vege pasta (sweet as), a chocolate bar, a chocolate mousse and cheese and crackers. LOL. Seriously. Luckily I only requested it (as did Cherie) so that we could get our meals first, rather than for the lack of dairy so that was sweet as haha.

Tonight we did a lot of wandering, just kinda taking in the sights and getting to grips with the fact that we're finally here. I can't really explain what it is like here, very different to the few expectations I had though! I will take some pics tomorrow and post them soon :)

Had a yummy dinner of pizza, empanadas and beer then walked to find some gelato. There are heaps of people on the street who try to get you to go to their restaurant etc etc and after like a million of these people had tried to entice us, a man in a chef outfit suggested we eat at his restaurant. Cherie flagged him off (semi-rudely, Sarah you know what I'm talking about!) and as we walked away from him she walked over an air vent and her dress blew up totally showing her underwear to the world! Hahaha one of those 'had to be there moments I guess' but I had to tell you all ahahhahahah!

Anyway, better go now. Will write more when we've actually done some stuff.
