Masai village walk. The Masai are brightly clothed 'warriors' who move around the area as their livestock need grass and water. They eat meat and drink blood and milk! We started in a museum which was interesting despite the stories of barbaric circumcision and children being outcast if they cried or blinked during it! I think most people on our trip had grown tired of so many village walks and some of their views were so far out it was hard not to take the piss. We met a 3 week old baby with a 25 year old mother who was the 8th wife of a 95 year old!
The Masai also treated us to some of their dancing/jumping... which Andrew was made to join in - great video coming! However we were slightly dubious of how traditional it was due to the adidas t shirts and mobiles ringing!
We then went to the local school which was being extended by volunteers, but were shocked to see that in the middle of nowhere the classroom was fully stocked with a library and about 15 computers with internet access! Tourism is definitely changing their culture!
