Today we were leaving Siem Reap for Bangkok. Ian was really sick so he and Lindsay ended up flying to Bangkok instead of coming on the 6-hour drive with us. The road along the way to the Thailand border was not sealed most of the way, so it was really bumpy. We made a few stops along the way but we made it to the boarder in really good time.

Once we crossed the boarder we had lunch then got into these really nice mini buses and drove the rest of the way into Bangkok. Luckily I managed to get three seats to myself so I lay down and went to sleep. We arrived back at the Grandville Hotel in Bangkok and thankfully with no Esra so Susan and I got a room to ourselves.

By the time we got back Ian and Lindsay were at the hospital so we were all still waiting to hear the news. We met the group on the rooftop for a couple of pre-dinner drinks then we ended up going into Lumpini Park for dinner, which wasn't that, great.Then headed over to a place called "Super p**** quot;.

It was really gross! The women weren't in that great of shape and they did all this gross stuff with there beavers. Unfortunately for Susan and I we had prime position and ended up getting a banana fly at us, which was so gross. The banana knocked over Susan's beer so we demanded another but they bar guy wouldn't pay so he made the girl buy it out of her tips. She wasn't happy with us and demanded a tip. We told her to get lost. What surprised me the most was that Di and Graham were really enjoying it. I hated it! Not that I'm a prude but these girls were really gross.

I was so glad when we finally left. We got back to the hotel around 1am and said a few goodbyes to Di, Graham, Eion and Marie, then crashed.
