Yesterday was our last day in London. Our hostel that night was overall the worst so far. It was so noisy the beds were squeaky and we had the worst roommates and ill leave it at that. Made our way over to our next hostel this morning. This one seems pretty cool too. We did some more sightseeing this afternoon. We saw the London Eye, Westminster Abbey, Big Ben, the Parliament buildings, Buckingham Palace, Trafalgar Square, and the British Museum. Today we got some sight seeing done. I finally made it to the Tower of London! It was amazing. Very cool to see everything I've been reading about for so long. We got to see traitors gate, the bloody tower, some torture devices, St. Peter ad Vinacula where Anne Boelyn is buried, the Crown Jewels, the site where Anne and Catherine Howard were beheaded, the armor King Henry the VIII used to wear, and so much more. Well we arrived in London after the bus ride from hell. We left Edinburough at about 11am and our drivers were supposed to switch at one stop and the other driver just didnt show up. So, it took them 3 hours to send out a new one to take us on to London. Once we did get to London, this genious bus driver had no idea where the bus station was(??). Started our day out with a 2 hour walking tour of the city. It was really cool. We went to the friary and saw this very old cemetery that is one of the 10 most haunted cemeteries in Europe. This is also where J.K. Rowling got a lot of characters for Harry Potter. We are going to go find Tom Riddles grave later! Also, we got to see the school that is the inspiration behind Hogwarts.
