Well we arrived into Sydney on Monday morning at 07:30am after a very restless and squashed 10 hr bus journey!!! (Thankfully thats the last of our bus journeys as we are flying to Melbourne!!!!!) we spent most of Monday just getting our bearings and such!!! We have now taken to making all our own food as funds are running low lol!! so its a diet of cereal and pasta for us lol!!!! The hostel we are staying in has a free cinema with free popcorn which is good so went there on monday night!!!

On Tuesday morning we got up early and got ready to and do a bit of sightseeing!!! We headed down to Circular Quay as we arrived there we saw the Sydney Harbour Bridge which is so much bigger than it looks in pictures and on tv. As we walking around the Quay to the Opera house we passed by lots of lovely wee shops which we had to talk each other out of buying things in as the room in the rucksack is very limted at the min!!! While we were in 1 shop though we noticed Ugg boots on sale for $109 which is about 50 quid so intead of talking each other out buying them we were talking each other into buying them!!!! It was too good of a bargin to pass up besides what else are credit cards for lol!!!! Ally got a black pair and I got dark tan!!!!! After we left the shop we turned the corner and the Opera house came into view!!!!!! It was so weird to see it as it just brought it home to us where we both were!!!!! Its so different seeing it in real life!!!!!

From the Quay we took a ferry to Darling harbour were the Maratime Museum is. Here we saw some war ships and submarines in the harbour!!!! When we got off the ferry we went to the Sydney Aquarium here we saw Dugongs Which are the only 2 in captivity!!!! And we saw all sorts of fish in colours you couldn't begin to imagine. It is diffently the best aquarium in the world!!!!!! From here we took the monorail home!!!!!

On Wednesday we changed hostels. We are now staying in an old converted railway carriage which looks pretty cool! After we checked in we took a 2 hour bus journey to the set of Home and Away!!!!! We were slightly disappionted to learn that there was no filming that day so we didn't get to see any of the cast but it was still worth going up there just to see the beach and the surf club!!!

On Thurs Matt and Sam arrived in Sydney so we meet up with them for lunch! After lunch Ally and myself went to the hairdressers where we were pampered for 2 hours!!!! Later on we got dressed up and went for a few drinks with Matt and Sam!!

Tonight we are heading out for a final blow out in Sydney!!!! So it could be a messy one lol!!!
