Our route back to Tokyo on the train network this morning involved changes at Minamiotari, Itoigawa and Echigo Yuza, before arriving on the fourth train at Tokyo. Confused? Hmm.

Booking into a boutique hotel for our final two nights, we hadn't realised the word boutique applied to the size of the rooms rather than the style of hotel. Anyway, the hotel is new, brilliantly located and beautifully fitted out in a comtempory style.

On day five our our cards finale, the games are level at 3-3. The final game will take place after this blog, so you will have to wait until tomorrow for the result. If Phill wins this game, its all over. If Sue wins, it will all go to day six. Betcha can feel the tension.

We have a huge day of activities planned for Thursday. So much to fit in. Our G&T's are set for the 52nd floor of the Park Hyatt Hotel - subject to our war torn appearance being accepted.
