Hi All

I've fully settled into my accommodation - it's on the beach front and its FAB!!!! I wake up to the sound of waves in the morning and I go onto my veranda or on the hammock to gently wake up - its BLISS! The girls and I have been for some very good meals - as we have no cocking facilities we go out for every meal - it's such a hard life (haha!).

We went to a bar called Amsterdam Bar on Friday night - it was in Tong Sala at the top of a steep hill - but the view was well worth it we kind of saw the sunset - but it was a little cloudy. We tried to have a fire on the beach that night - we got one started and then it started to rain for a short while we found it quite amusing as a little tipsy.

We went to the National Marine Park called Angthong on Saturday it is a group of 42 small islands - where they filmed large parts of the film 'The Beach'. We did a lot of climbing to get up and over the mountain to see the Emerald Lake - then it totally pored it down it was so funny we were like drowned rats!! We then moved on to Wuatalub Island for snorkeling and trekking - the sea was too rough to see any fish - so we went on a small monkey trial (but didn't see any monkey's) then we sun bathed on an amazing beach.The boat journey back was an experience as the sea was so rough - it was very choppy and the water was coming over the sides in buckets - some of the girls were scared. But luckily not one of my phobia's at all- I quite liked the motion and even tried to have a nap - but I kept getting majority splashed with water.

I have been given permission to take photos of the school and the kids so I will be uploading them tomorrow. There is a few of my beach house, my beach view and some of the girls etc.

Just finished my lesson's for today they went well - were going out to eat on the night market tonight it is so cheap and very good food. It's a trek to the market but well worth it.Oh, I've had two massages since I've been on the Island the first was a Swedish oil massage - it was amazing I was so relaxed it cost about 4 pounds.A few of us went for a Thai traditional massage yesterday it was a definitely an experience - she had me bending and stretching all over the place she had her full body weight on me most of the time (but she only weighed about 7/8 stone). It was a mixture of pain and pleasure it only cost about 3 pounds 50p.
