Spoke to mum and dad last night and they said that you had phoned. Good to hear that you are getting on well. We are fine. Have had some problems with our house and we still have not moved in. The downstairs flooded because the plumbers had not connected a pipe properly. They are getting things sorted so we should be able to move in next week. Fingers crossed. Went to Grand Prix at Silverstone at the weekend with Michael. It was good.

G'day Walzing Matilda,
Good to hear from you again. Good photos too well done!!! I wouldn't like to get too close to that pelican!!! takes me in mind of my own experience with the Heron down our field. You will need to be careful with all these poisonous creepy crawlies ( not for me) you are very brave. Nice to hear that you are meeting with people from home. It will be a vast country to tour. I hear margaret Soudan is out visiting Kenny in Australia just now. Laura was home for the weekend, it was lovely weather so we took the dogs some nice long walks. Enjoy yourself, keep the postcards coming........

Great to hear from you Alison,
Your photos are smashing, wonder why you keep meeting up with folk from Scotland, maybe we've all got itchy feet at the moment.
Imagine sleeping out in the bush, beasties and everything!! good for you, go for it girl. I've been to the Pinnacles they're fascinating aren't they?Did your transport drive along the beach and is the cabin with the name "cirhosis by the sea" still there?
Jacqui Peden is away to Ruwhanda then Nairobi, she is working but has a note of your blog so will catch up with your travels.
If I haven't heard from Bryan at S.T.A .by Monday morning I'll phone him in the afternoon then we can finalise our flights.Got any thoughts on the Easter Island flight or will we leave it until we get there?
This message if full of questions, if your lucky you'll get a prize if you get all the answers right!!!
Happy and safe travels.

Hi Alison,
We are all waiting patiently for views of Australia, so what's the delay ????? Not much happening with us. Seafood festival this weekend, so hope the weather will be kind !!! Had a long overdue visit from your Mum and Dad last Sunday. I read in the local paper that there was a tornado at Cairndow last Sunday !!! but your Mum and Dad never mentioned it, unless it happened while they were at Whitehouse. I am kept busy walking the dogs. Right I'm off now looking forward to hering from Oz.

Hi Alison,
Hope you got my e mails okay and I didn't take up too much of your internet time. What weather we are having, thunder & lightening, torrential rain then the sun comes out for a wee while, is it any better where you are?
T in the park this week-end, I'm covering a shift, get them defrosted and dried out.
Getting lots of things together now, sorting out my phone at the moment and the all important thing MONEY, last run of jabs coming up, RABIES, 1st of three, was doubtful about having them but better safe than sorry. Did I tell you that I bought a solar power charger, it's a beaut and Avril is as impressed as ever with my love of gadgets.
Talk to you soon, safe & happy travels.
Love, Jan xx

Hi alison,
I see rory has told you the bad news about fopp!!!! It has been torrential thundery rain for the last week or so(just in time for T!!!!) so you are not missing much. Johnny Foreigner tried to attack glasgow airport in a terror attack on saturday afternoon with a jeep but they only got as far as the entrance door and got lifted by the police, the jeep burnt the entrance. They tried to attack london with car bombs as well. So your missing all the action. Allan and lynn were flying out to spain on sunday morning so they just missed all the fun and games.
Anyway, annmarie and I were at jongleurs comedy club in town on saturday night, very funny(it was a present for annmaries 30th from her pals at work).
Colin was flitting on friday there so as far as i know him and karen moved in okay.
Any new pictures or are you too busy being crocodile dundee in the outback!!!!

FOPP records have collapsed (no kidding) in a statement the company said that they had struggled since someone they would only refer to as their most valued customer Ms A McC departed to go on a world trip. A spokesman said they had hope to keep trading till Ms A McC returned later this year however it transpired that she she had kept the entire chain going and in her abscence the collapse was inevitable.
get some oz pictures up!
