Hi Alison,
I forgot to tell you in my e mail that Bryan from S.T.A. asked how things were with you and Natalie the girl from Perth was over the moon to hear you were in her city, she is going home to stay in October.I didn't see any sign of your Goth girl. Got droont in Glasgow today it was blinking freezing an all!!! Slightly better this side of the country, of course this is where your new Prime Minister is from!
Happy and safe travels.

Hi Alison, thanks for your latest p.c. from Hong Kong. The Macs. received their card also, and were delighted. I've been soooooo busy with this window competition. Glitter and paint everywhere, but you know me of old , I love all that stuff. Mind you I'm starting to get a bit high on the fumes from the spray paints etc. !!! I am also looking after Jaffa the wee cocker spaniel for 3 months, he is getting old about 13 or 14 years I guess. He had an operation just last week to remove a tumour on his side but he has recovered well, and his wee tail never stops wagging. Brodie gets on really well with him. Not much to report, Mc Callums house is sold to a couple from Inveraray, they have a dog and seem nice, just met them briefly and of course Maisies" house is now sold to a Tarbert girl. Two new houses still for sale, no one has looked at them for ages.!! Neil and Laura both fine, this should have been Neil's week off but there is one of the crew on the other shift of sick, so thats the reason. Looking forward to the seafood festival next week. See and enjoy yourself in Australia. I can give you the address of Margt. McGarva ( Mr. Beaton that lived in Annie Munro's house) his daughter, she lives
in Sydney. Right thats about it, have fun. Help !!! Smokey has climbed on to my back as I type this,
Bye, Agnes ( and Smokey ) of course. x x x x x

Thank you for my birthday presents. Like my t-shirts. The Monkey birthday card is brillliant. Karen does not recognise them as she cannot remember the TV show. Believe it or not Monkey the opera is on in Manchester at the moment. Damon Albarn from Blur is involved in it.
Hope trip is going well and that you are enjoying Australia.
Speak to you soon.

Hiya!
Weather's sh---! We're having more rain than any tropical monsoon you've experienced! It's 2.45 in the morning and the daylight is just starting to appear through the trees....sounds quite poetic!!!!
Emma says that Alison and I are doing her head in! Kyle must know we are communicating with you 'cause his sats monitor has just alarmed! Spooky or what?
Gordon Brown is now leader of the Labour Party and by the end of the week Lizzie will have called him to Bucking ham Palace and asked him to be PM. Don't say we aren't keeping you up-to-date!
Emma has been to Ayr, I'm off to Oban next week and Alison is just dreaming about being in Florida! (Big sigh at this point! She's going in October so don't know what her problem is!)
Can't think of anything else to bore you with tonight! Be careful and be good! Speak later......

Hiya Alison,
Hope you had a good time in china, I take it thats you in Hong Kong. Im sure it will be full of cool gadgets! If you see a cheap xbox360/sony psp/or nintendo wii pop one in the post for us!!! Weather very crazy just now chucking it down one minute then really nice and sunny the next. Not been up to that much really as annmarie been niteshift most weekends. Glastonbury is on this weekend so I will probably watch a lot of that. There are a few good artists playing and with interactive on bbc you can chose who you want to see, so that will be good.
Its the longets day today so the nites get shorter as of tomorrow. So thats almost 4 months gone already, time flies.
Enjoy yourself and keep us posted on your adventures!

HI Alison,
How's China? hope it is a bit warmer than it is here.
Spoke to my brother in Australia the other day, I've put the wind up him he is away to paint the house before I get out there!! I had you in my diary as arriving in Hong Kong on the 17th, I wonder if you are there yet. When are you thinking of heading to Australia? you must let me know where abouts you are intending to go, I've got Phil Derbyshire's e mail address for you when you reach Adelaide.
Got to dash it's C.S.I. time, wonder if they screen it in South America!!
Talk to you soon.Safe travels.

Hi Alison
Well it's dreich here today...raining and lots of midgies! I started my new job this week. Really enjoying it and I've found everyone to be really friendly and helpful and a good laugh. Was out for lunch with them all yesterday to Sanino's on Bath Street. I've got a caseload of lung disease and accident cases. Got to go up to Aberdeen in a couple of weeks with work.
Finally got my Connect festival ticket so I'm looking forward to that and I'm staying at Cairndow so I'm glad that I don't have to camp. Your lookalike [Bjork] is playing so will probably check out her set out of curiosity. Not going to T in the Park this year.
You should see my mum's new leopard print wellie boots. I bought them for her as a present because she's more in her boots than out of them with all her walking. Think Brodie is paying them too much attention for her liking though for something to chew.
Where are you now? I'm sure your having fun wherever you are.
Anyway better go.
Love Laura xxx
